about olga
Hi, I'm Olga.
My Journey into Homeopathy My love for medicine started at a young age—so young that I vividly remember finding an old medical encyclopedia in the trash and reading it like a bedtime story. I was fascinated by the human body and always knew I would work in healthcare. In the summer of 1997, everything changed. I attended a lecture by Dr. Rosenthal on the Introduction to Homeopathy, and it was like a light bulb went off. I saw firsthand how homeopathy could address the root cause of illness rather than just masking symptoms. I knew this was the path I needed to take. My Medical Background and Education
I began my medical journey at Baku Medical College No. 1 in Azerbaijan, where I trained as a nurse. From there, I worked in the Internal Medicine Department at Bnai Zion Medical Center in Haifa, Israel, while also taking courses in sociology and psychology at the University of Haifa. As a nurse, I grew increasingly frustrated seeing the same patients return with the same chronic symptoms. Conventional medicine was treating their conditions, but not truly healing them. Just weeks after that pivotal lecture on homeopathy, I enrolled in the Classical Homeopathy for Medical Doctors and Para-Medical Professions program, a three-year course at Bar-Ilan University in partnership with Medi-Cin College for Alternative Medicine. Eager to continue learning, I later moved to the Chicago area, where I completed my clinical internship at the Integral School of Homeopathy in Lombard, Illinois. Since 2000, I’ve been consulting in the U.S., working with families to integrate homeopathy into their lives, and furthering my education through courses and seminars nationwide. My Continuing Education & Specializations I believe in lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of integrative medicine. Some of my specialized training includes:
Life Outside of Homeopathy
When I’m not helping other families with homeopathy, you can find me spending time with my husband and two daughters - we love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and hunting for the best coffee shops and bookstores. We are currently adventuring through our new home city, Milwaukee. I’m also a yoga enthusiast and show up on my mat several times a week. I love getting creative in the kitchen with healthy, organic recipes. My favorite kind of meditation is to stand at my easel and paint. And if you ever have a great book recommendation, send it my way—I’m always adding to my reading list! Homeopathy isn’t just my career—it’s a foundation in my home. My family and I can’t imagine life without it, and I love sharing this powerful healing approach with others. Click here to see Olga's favorite fiction books! |
